Transonics PLC has secured a distribution agreement with China’s leading relay supplier and manufacturer, Hongfa. The agreement was signed at Electronica where management teams from both companies met at the Hongfa booth to seal the partnership.

Founded in 1984, Hongfa has an annual production capacity of 1.5 billion pieces, supplying over 40,000 relays from over 150 series. Through continued improvement and investment in research and development, the award winning company has established themselves as the world number 1 for the volume of relays manufactured.

Through a programme of continuous improvement, Hongfa are constantly developing new, innovative technologies of the highest standard from their relay test and analysis centre – the largest in China. Supplying to over 100 countries worldwide, Hongfa products are used across varied disciplines and industries, such as healthcare, transportation, industrial and domestic goods.

Transonics PLC now offer the full range of relay products designed and manufactured by Hongfa and have the largest free stock inventory of Hongfa relays in the UK available for immediate dispatch.
